Can you tell that Chris isn't around tonight yet? Thursday nights, for the month of February, she's a her "cooking with wine" class. I'm still not sure if they are using wine in the recipes or actually just cooking while drinking wine. I'm pretty sure Chris has her doctorate in the latter, so hopefully she learning some good techniques. Just want everyone to know that this is the 4th new post tonight, so read through everything if you can. I'm done for now, until the next time.
